Aftercare Replase

Our Aftercare Program is not limited to individuals who have completed outpatient or residential treatment. Participants will need to sign up for the first three months of weekly sessions. Our program is to help Individuals make a smooth transition into the mainstream of society easy and safe. Each client receives an individualized plan based on his or her personal history. The plan is flexible, adaptive to the individual’s progress as well as his/her relapse potential.
